This project involved transforming a single level open area showroom into 2 levels with an auditorium upstairs and two practical classrooms downstairs. The fit out included dismantling a 6m high double panel operable glass door and the design and construction of a structural steel mezzanine using steel beams and steel purlins.
The project was completed in record time without compromising quality finishes.The client was astonished by the quality and efficiency of the construction process.

Alex plays a key role in Summit Construction’s ability to deliver a construction project efficiently. Alex’s prime role and focus is to manage all costs associated with the building process and civil engineering. Alex’s work is both office and onsite-based and the main goal is to minimise expenses. Alex always seeks to do this without compromising the quality of the end result or failing to adhere to the building, health, and safety regulations.

Ali supervises and oversees the direction of projects by ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress, and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs.
